Delivery & Returns
Delivery Charges & Timeframes (Applicable Only to purchases from this website)
All orders have a flat standard rate of $11 per order, except large/heavy goods (e.g. tackle equipment) which has a surcharge between $25-100 depending on location in Australia. We aim to deliver all products within 2 to 5 working days from date of order and large goods can take up to three weeks.
Returns Policy & Process (Applicable Only to purchases from this website)
For any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase made directly from this website, we will assist you with an exchange or refund. If you make a purchase of our goods from another party you will be subject to their terms and conditions.
Items must be returned within 21 days of original dispatch date in a resalable condition (unwashed, unworn with the packaging & tags still attached). A GNS Return Authority number must be included with the item when returned. We recommend you utilize registered post as GNS does not take responsibility for items not received if items are sent via non registered post. Please allow 14 days from the day you return your product for your account to be credited or your exchange product to be redelivered.
Refund/Exchange (Applicable Only to purchases from this website)
If you would like to return your purchase for a refund or size exchange, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call via toll free number below. You will be provided with a Returns Authority number and further details will be emailed to you in relation to sending your product back.
Faulty Items (Applicable Only to purchases from this website)
If the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing defect, GNS may require an image of the product or the product returned to assess. GNS will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.
If You Change Your Mind (Applicable Only to purchases from this website)
GNS is unable to accept items that have had packaging or tags removed, worn or washed. Change of mind returns only apply to items in a resalable condition. Additional re-delivery freight charges will not apply for replacement items. GNS will either exchange the item or refund the amount of the item, less the original freight charges.
Wrong Size (Applicable Only to purchases from this website)
No redelivery fee is charged for exchanging a size.
Wrong colour (Applicable Only to purchases from this website)
GNS will cover the re-delivery charges if the colour item you received is not what you initially purchased. Please note colours shown on an internet exchange may not be an exact match to the physical goods, therefore the colour shown is for illustrative purposes only.
Refunds on Shipping and Handling Charges (Applicable Only to purchases from this website)
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, we will refund shipping and handling charges to your credit card. A copy of your GNS tax invoice may be requested for proof of purchase.
